Thanks for the suggestion.  I tried it out and I got "Internal server error".
I will have to call the "support" line.  Hopefully, I am not routed to various 
call centers (across the globe) which was the case the last time.

You should have a REVISE button to update the ETR. Though I have not opened
one on IBMLINK itself, so am not 100% sure that would work.
