You don't say flavor of "OSA card" you are asking about. If an ICC OSA, ignore everything that follows. If an OSA-Express for used by your TCP/IP stacks, I'd be surprised if RMF collected it, but I could be wrong. (It happens fairly regularly.) There is quite a lot of performance SNMP data collected by the OSA. You have to run the OSA SNMP sub-agent address space (IOBSNMP), but you can pull a lot of performance data via your stack's SNMP agent. It is not clear to me if the performance data pulled from multiple LPARs for the same OSA port is identical or is each LPAR's part of the total. (It should be very easy to check, but I've not done that.)
