Maybe there's something on the CBT to automate it, but one way or another
you have to unpack all of the packed members.
Now, if you're trying to download an unloaded PDS then you have an
additional problem, but one that has nothing to do with your ISPF profile.
There are tools on the CBT to help with PDS downloads.
