That's where the SMS address space is active, but not really doing anything. What is the output from the z/OS command: D SMS ? That will tell you the name of your ACDS, SCDS, and COMMDS datasets. You can then go into the ISMF application and look at what is defined in the "ACTIVE" configuration.
