You really don't need to do anything if you have current holddata and
aren't in the habit of bypassing error holds when you do your applies. 
When you accept the supping PTF it will go away from the global zone
if your cleanup options are set to purge the SMPPTS MCS entries after
accept.  If they are not, you have to REJECT the PTF from the global zone.

If you are really worried about accidentally applying it, you can REJECT it
from the global zone now.   But if you do that, it could get received again
if you do receives for general maintenance (either based on uploaded rpt
or SMP/E 3.4 receive order).  Just because the PTF is PE doesn't mean 
it can't be ordered.   This is because you may still want to apply a PE PTF if
the problem it fixes is worse than the problem it causes or perhaps the PE
is something that doesn't affect your environment but the original
problem addressed by the APAR does.
