Howard, The REJECT command only removes PTFs from the GLOBAL zone.
If you want to affect the TLIB/DLIB you would use RESTORE. I use RESTORE/RECEIVE process when I am working with a usermod, it has not touched the TLIB/DLIB when I do this.
