John - I posted a similar question back in July when trying to receive my 1.9
order. This thread may help. It was posted on July 30th. Sorry I cannot post

But in the doc somewhere there should be the following information:

Here is the information needed by the CustomPac Dialog as indicated
below:
The size of your order is 7816 MB.
You will need space in your download file system for approximately twice
the size of your order. To convert to 3390 cylinders, multiply the number
of MB by 1.4 and then multiply by 2.
For example, for a size of 5,000 MB, then:
( (5,000 MB) * (1.4 CYL/MB) ) * 2 = 14,000 cylinders
