It should have started showing up a couple of days ago and at that time it was supposed to also be available on "ALL portals". I see it is still not on the FTP site as you noticed. I also prefer to use my old FTP + RECEIVE JCL when doing HOLDDATA only as it is *MUCH* quicker than SMP/E RECEIVE ORDER for HOLDDATA only. I'll follow up...
