FWIW, I hade the same problem and posted it to this 
list last Year.  No one had any solution to that, 
despite many otherwise very helpful answers.  
The main problem is the need for nesting.

AFAICS, the only solution lies outside the 
compiler COPY function, like having You own 
"preprocessor" of the codes etc.
