I stand corrected - it is 90%, without "approx".
However my question concerned z10 machine - does the .9 factor apply or not (and is it really .9 not other value). As I understand Ted's response - 2xyes: yes, z10 "has the factor" and yes it is .9

rounding errors at specific capacity points. (MSU values are whole
numbers.) But there is an underlying mathematical exactness, so Ted is
correct, too. :-)
