Already had this:
//CICSTECH JOB 9999,'TECHIE SANDBOX',MSGCLASS=8,TIME=1440
//OUT1 OUTPUT JESDS=ALL
Added OUTDISP=(KEEP,KEEP) to the OUTPUT statement (per Walt Farrell and
"Big Iron") and got what we want.
