Hi. We've attempted to delete user catalog entries. The job issued RESERVE on the USER catalog dasd. After a while the job was cancelled while working and it seems that that the user catalog was hanged. Issuing the D GRS command showed some tasks had SHR ENQ for Qname: SYSIGGV2 Rname: UCAT and there were some EXCL request in WAIT status. The other lpars indicates that the RESERVE wasn't released to. Eventually we had to IPL the system.
Any ideas/insights would be appreciated.
