I stand corrected, somewhat. I had misremembered that DUMMY (or NULLFILE) in a library concatenation merely caused following catenands to be ignored. The fact remains that NULLFILE can not be used as a placeholder for overrides or to nullify an interior catenand while leaving those before and after unaffected.
