In that case, I would have expected SMP/E to perform SAF checking to assure that a user not properly authorized does not access SMPLTS. Where is the flaw in my reasoning?
Oops; I remember. BTDT. It's the WAIT problem. When necessary, I've dealt with this by removing the WAIT operand.
