Hello Listers

I am currently installing z/OS 1.10 and as part of the process, I am naturally
reviewing our usermods. Information is sketchy due to people having left etc.

We have a usermod which makes source code changes to HASPMISC in csect
HASPTIME. The usermod checks for "live" jobs based on a naming standard and
bypasses cancelling them if SJBJOBNM matches. So far so good!

However, the JES2 initialisation deck has
ESTIME NUM=1439,INT=5,OPT=NO

so I question whether this code in HASPTIME is ever getting driven - my
research suggests not. I would obviously like to remove this mod to JES2
source if possible.

I suspect the reasons for this mod are buried way in the past and someone
has since decided to turn off the issuance of £HASP308 by setting OPT=NO,
but not thought to remove the code in HASPTIME.

Any pointers gratefully received.

Thanks
