ARCMDEXT Parameter List at +8 has a pointer to the 'input data structure'
which has various information. At +12 there is a two byte 'input flags'.
The first byte is documented but the second byte is 'reserved'. I have
numerous datasets that have a x'01' in that byte, it's usually x'00'. The
DSNs with the x'01' have high values for 'Number of days since the data
set became eligible for migration', ie +46, and these DSNs are still on
L0. Does anyone know what the x'01' is indicating?
