Prior to acquiring a VTS, we used TMM/DFHSM extensivly. It worked quite well with CA-1, but in our case DR was impossible and required a different solution. With the VTS there was no use for it any longer, but I would expect it should still work, excluding your existing virtual volumes of course. I checked with my coworker who maintained the environment and she didn't recall any issues with it.
