Hold it. If you are a single system, single box, you do not need STP. STP is the replacement for Sysplex Timer. You could add it, but it is not cheap, and overkill if a single CEC. There are probably better ways to get NIST time for the mainframe at a cheaper price. Separately, you can run NTP server, to serve time to the tinkertoy farm.
