Haven't tried it yet, but your pain is one that I know. I now *always*
cut the entire freeform text to my clipboard, before clicking submit,
just for this reason. I've lost lengthy ETR text, and it seems is never
as good when re-entered the second time.

Hi, All,

Anybody able to view ETR records?

I just spent about 15 minutes entering a new one (about 3 minutes of
typing; the rest of the time waiting for "terminal response"), and now
when I try to view it all I get is a "blank screen".

"Of course" the 3270 interface is working fine......
