I don't have a suggestion (and by corporate rules, would not be allowed to make one even if I had one), but I strongly recommend checking with any CICS, DB2, MQseries, etc. users in your shop before deciding on a replacement. We, too, got rid of TMON. We replaced it with Omegamon, but that lasted only a year or 2. The CICS and DB2 folks could never get the capabilities out of oMEGAMON that they had under TMON and needed to do their work. (It was never clear whether the capabilities were not there or if the cutomization was too obtuse to allow use of the capabilities. We eventually ended up with CA's SystemView. I think the choice was as much based a good licensing agreement as it was on capabilities of the product, but the users that were so disappointed with Omegamon seemed satisfied. As far as I know, all 3 products were satisfactory for basic MVS use and were somewhat deficient in Unix System Services support (but I could have heard wrong).
