This assumes it's OK if BBB runs in parallel with AAA--perhaps even
finishing before AAA. From Dave's original post, I assumed this was not
what he wanted.
Dave also mentioned identical jobnames, but submitting the next job from the
first step of the current job will still fail the requirement of sequential
execution (in JES2) if JOBDEF DUPL_JOB=NODELAY has been set. Bad idea.
