I think the answer is NO. There is no date tracking on Alias that I am aware
of.
You could try to spin SMF data as far back as possible to see when the first
dataset under that alias was created.
However, the second part, an alias is only used to find the right catalog for a
data set to be created.
Say the HLQ is MYALIS
I would use 3.4 in ISPF to display all datasets under MYALIS and then SORT
REFERRED. The most recenttly created dataset would be at the top.
Unless I am mis understanding your question.
It might help if you could diagram an output listing your would like to see.
Alias Name Create Date Last Used Date
Or perhaps
Dataset Name under ALIAS X Created on Date Last Used on Date
or some similar diagram.
