I have been running with the REUSASID parameter set to YES since last summer on
a couple technical LPARs. I did find one odd problem that took a while to
track down but for which now APAR OA27539 CATALOG RECEIVES ABEND202 RC04 DURING
IPL is OPEN. It could have happened before but practically speaking never did.
