Here's another post from Arju from Jan 16, 2:11 pm that can be tracked in
Google Groups but does not appear in the IBM-MAIN archives. Again could
anyone explain this anomaly?

read and write devices for fctc connections
-------------------------------------------
Arju
We are setting up trl connections between two lpars on different machines.
We got ctc definitions as sending and receiving. How do you define them in
the trlf definition? By eyeballing?
Like
trlf0y0z trle lnctl=mpc,maxbrfu=16,
READ=(XXXX,YYYY),
WRITE=(QQQQ,DDDD)
How do you find this read and write devices? Can you get them directly from
hmc?

Although it concerns TRLEs I just cannot make head nor tail of it.
Arju
Is this issue still a concern? If so, would you please rephrase the question
with some more clarity?
As far as I can tell your question involving sorting IP addresses was very
successful so it's worth the effort to be clear.
