Hello John McKown; Yes..... The fact that the programmer performs a program refresh(Reload) and the problem goes away, smells like a program overlay. Especially if the problem is isolated to just 2 programs. Try turning on CICS AUXTRACE, run a test, perhaps the trace will give you more information. LE/CICS issues are usually region wide.
