In my IPLINFO REXX exec, I get the values from the RCT.  
TSO %IPLINFO CPU will get you the information. 

SYSEVENT QVS is also used in ShowMVS.

You can get both from http://www.cbttape.org, or IPLINFO is also on my
web site (URL below).
