Lizette:

We did a similar thing. We also never got calls from programmer types that used
the same member names as ISPF does. We were brutal in our attempt to enforce
standards. The only call that we got in the 9 or so years we had ISPF was from
a consultant and I told him if they changed the concatenation order we would
report it to management and never return phone calls from the person (about
anything). I know thats a bit draconian but we just did not have the manpower
to support these types of issues. We were extremely lean and worked our A**es
off just to support IBM issues and to keep the system up and running and
reasonably current.
