We don't have Tmon, so i can only guess, but you can do the same way you did before. Instead of triggering a command to submit a job, just issue SSSS Rexxname parm1 parm2 .... (SSSS is your Sysrexx subsystem name).
Sysrexx have some limitations but should work.
