If you have the space, just put this catalog on an empty volume, and then dump/restore the whole volume using DFDSS or FDR. You could also dump/restore just the dataset. You can also import/export using IDCAMS, but I always find this to be a little trickier... I've run into some issues with exporting and importing catalogs over the years, so I would recommend just doing the DUMP/RESTORE option.
