If you read the POO, you'll see the TOD hasn't yet been extended. It is still only 64 bits wide. STCK and STCKF return this value in an 8-byte area. STCKE can be used to retrieve a 16-byte (128-bit) value that contains x'00' as the first byte and the 8-byte TOD beginning at offset +1 into the 16-byte return area.
