Probably not. But, Alex Brodsky sent me an off-list message pointing out that CBT file 772 contains something called "xproc" that purports to convert CLIST style arguments to REXX. I haven't had a chance to look at it yet. (I'm almost afraid to look. What if s/he solved the problem more elegantly than I? :-[ )
