BCPii is just another front-end to the zSeries API. It cannot work with
information or objects zAPI doesn't support.
Experimentation tells us that LPAR Capacity Groups are represented by
the following Console Static Object Id:
1.3.6.1.4.1.2.6.42.8
To start listing LPG names with HWMCAMVS, you would specify:
hwmcamvs.exe 2 hmc-ip 1.3.6.1.4.1.2.6.42.8.0.1.0.*
