Back to the original question: 
- apparently a 'test' job is determined by its RACF userid? You didn't
mention this explicitely.
- you think the message is issued by the JES2 address space, did you
already find out?
- if so, you can determine the RACF userid b.m.o. a D A command. I don't
know CA-OPS, but I assume you can issue commands and trap their output?
The response of the "D A,jobname" command has the RACF Userid of the
job.
