Would an OPS/MVS TLM rule work in this case? I've never used one, but I see it in the book and it looks intriguing. If not, it seems like an OPS/MVS message rule could be able to be used to create a TOD rule to issue a cancel after 2 hours, given the MSG.USERID is NOT CA-7.
