Who remembers option numbers? I have used command table entries for years and invoke dialogs by their name or a logical abbreviation of same. Want RACF? Type RACF. Want ISMF? Type ISMF. 3.4 is DSL (DSLIST), SDSF LOG is SL. You get the idea.
I have defined over 100 of them. I almost never do a jump (=). I love the "invoke and return" aspect of command table entries. Going to 1.10 shortly and will investigate SWAPBAR. Do you mean the SWAPBAR? If so, you still have to remember the option numbers in order to originally get to the options you want. The SWAPBAR only makes it easier to swap back to them later during the session.
