Sorry, got make my point on this one. I understand the desire to save time. I have the same desire, but not at the expense of correct information. However, why in the world would you rely on IBM to tell you that a vendors software is up-to-date? The vendors have a hard enough time, and that is getting it first hand, forget about getting is second hand(from IBM). It is your system, not IBM's. I spot checked a few. The link to Compuware take you to "document not found", Dino software V5R2 is broken, just to name a couple. How hard is it to make a list of your software, and go to each vendors site? This is something you do once every year or two at most?
