I use an application called "MathU Pro" on my HTC 8525 (a Windows
Mobile smartphone). It has the same general functions as an HP16C
(although it does not claim to be an HP16C emulator). Does decimal,
hex, binary, octal as well as scientific functions. And it uses RPN!!!
It's available for both Palm OS and Windows Mobile, costs around $45.
