That is very interesting. So I can actually, for a while, get some "free" MSUs. In my case, during month end, we literally run at 100% CPU for about 10 hours. So from what you're telling me, I can run for somewhat less than 4 hours at (maybe) 66 MSUs (well, depending) but once I've hit the 59 MSUs in a single 4 hour period, I will continue at 59 MSUs until my CPU requirements drop down below 59 MSUs.
