Hi Peter, 

Thanks for that information.  My IPLINFO REXX program had been using
SCCBNCPS to determine that number.  And while IHASCCB was updated 
for DYNCP (to add SCCBHCPA - Highest possible CPU address), SCCBNCPS
does not get updated after IPL.
