Can you send me a short synopsis of what you're processing offline? I can't seem to reproduce it, but that doesn't mean that you are doing it wrong. It's being issued from 10, and only happens if the message is not connected to any console, so if you send me the syslog of the message and the error it would help me to recreate things.
It should be a simple thing to fix once I can tell why you're getting the error.
