Is there any RACF audit report which can list all datasets activites?
Just like DAF utility ? Anything can share?

If you have the auditing settings right, RACF SMF data will tell you all
about successful, and failed, accesses to RACF-protected datasets.
Understand clearly: access that is granted via the Global Dataset list
will NOT generate audit trail records. The SMF data will include userid,
dsname, profile name, and access attempt, whether ALTER, CONTROL, EXEC,
READ or UPDATE. Go into your RACF Auditor's Guide to learn more, and how
to get reports.
