SVC and branch entry to VSM services are available via the
STORAGE macro by specifying
LINKAGE=SYSTEM|SVC|BRANCH|GLOBALBRANCH
Newer parameters are available only on the STORAGE
macro, and not GETMAIN. For example:
BACK=BYSPT|NONE|ALL
FIX=NONE|SHORT|LONG
OWNERASID=DECIMAL NUMBER|REGISTER(2)-(12)
