This does not look right to me - the PTFs at the end of your list are sysmods, 
which probably don't have their names also assigned as sourceids.

In which case IEFUSI (SYS.IEFUSI) will still be in effect, but you can 
easily add MEMLIMIT= to your JCL (but IEFUSI can still override it).
