Fnn abends are from SVC nn. In this case D6 = 246 (SVC 246). You need to find out what that is on your system. It could be specified in your parmlib IEASVCxx (but may not be documented) or it could be dynamically added, or could just be missing. I think you find the info for this in QW under FXX.
