The PS2AFPD daemon is back. Per IBM's direction I issued a S AOPSDTO,OPTIONS='-D XFD'. This is supposed to stop any active daemons. Next do S AOPSTART and all stopped daemons should start. It took a bit until it showed in SDSF but it did appear.
