Scott, That's it! That is the line I was thinking about and wrongly attributing to Fagin. Thanks for figuring out the reference I really meant to convey. I still have a faint memory of the actor's voice uttering "More" that played Mr. Bumble. Wasn't "More" repeated several times with increasing volume? :-)
