I was refering more to the fact that you cannot cancel/force arm/force *any*
MPR. (Ask me how I know!) On the test system we get calls about once every
4-5 months, where a tso user testing as a BMP (I think) managed to screw
things up so that his TSO useris is still living, but he cannot login anymore,
and
he cannot get canceled. cancel gets 'not cancelable, use force arm'. force arm
gets some other error message. And I believe force gets rejected with 'use
force arm first'. At that point I get called to take a dump and run IBMs
CALLRTM program. In 50% of the cases that terminates the userid, and he can
login again. The other 50% IMS needs to get restarted, impoacting all other
users.

And we also use IMS connect. We might even use IMS Java, but IMS is
fortunately another group.... You've just given me another nightmare with 'has
its hooks frimly in OMVS'. :-)

Barbara
