One "problem" with such, at least around here, is management now has a firm belief that RC>4 is identically equal to "job failed". They track it and castigate the person responsible for having a "job failure". Please, don't confuse this manager with facts! He has been in operations for 35+ years and knows what he's talking about. Just ask him. -- John McKown Systems Engineer IV IT Administrative Services Group HealthMarkets(r) 9151 Boulevard 26 * N.
