I have an INCL too. The only difference is that the INCL provides a
count of the search item that are found...

No, its a sample in  hlq.SISPSAMP(ISRONLY).   Someone at your shop
implemented it (and used the suggested name).

I use my "INCL" instead because I grew up on ROSCOE.   But you could
use ONLY and name it whatever you want also.
