In my case, yes.  There is a lot of JCL to change.  We are working on
that, but it takes awhile to "steer the ship". That same usermod also
used to ZAP IEBCOPY with a SVC call to another program that would issue
enqueues for SPFEDIT and SYSIEWLP.  I was successful in getting that
removed with our latest z/OS upgrade to 1.10.
